Ready to Get Started?
Tuesday, April 28th at 12:30pm. In-person.
Whisk is pleased to welcome Evan Sanderson of Sweets by E to guide us through the artistry behind the delicate, meringue-based French macaron. In this spring-inspired class, you’ll create two seasonal flavors while learning the precise techniques that make these elegant cookies so unique.
Evan will walk you step-by-step through the entire process—from whipping and folding the batter to piping, baking, and filling—demystifying each stage along the way. You will have time to practice both piping and filling technqiues during class.
You’ll pipe your own shells to take home and bake in your own oven, along with a prepared pastry bag of filling so you can assemble your finished macarons with confidence.
