Week 1 Highlights: Healthy Snacks for Summer
During Week 1 of R&S Summer Camp, we made delicious, healthy afterschool snacks together. Campers blended three kinds of smoothies—Super Green, Strawberry Banana, and Peanut Butter Banana—for a refreshing treat. We also mixed and rolled no-bake Energy Balls packed with oats, peanut butter, honey, and chocolate chips. Perfect snacks to keep everyone energized all summer long!

Energy Balls
Ingredients
Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats, 1 cup
Peanut Butter, ½ cup
Ground Flax, ½ cup
Mini Chocolate Chips, ¼ - ½ cup
Honey, ⅓ cup
Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Stir to combine well.
Cover & chill for 30 min.
Roll into rounds.
Keep refrigerated, enjoy!
