A practical, hands-on virtual cooking class focused on partnering together to make dinnertime feel more enjoyable.

Whisk will guide you through strategies for how to prep once and eat twice — cooking with intention by building meals around a shared base protein, cooking extra with purpose, and using flexible components in multiple ways (i.e., marinades and vinaigrettes).

During this 60-minute virtual class, we’ll prep Meal 1: Roasted Lemon Chicken, Roasted Carrots, and Lemon Orzo, ready for the oven that evening. Along the way, we’ll intentionally prep extras so you can easily assemble Meal 2: Greek Lemon Chicken Grain Bowls, the following night.

Participants will receive a shopping list and equipment list prior to class. Participants are asked to have all ingredients washed before class begins.
